What is our lifetime warranty? 

 

Switch Optics encourages extreme lifestyles. Life has a lot of unexpected curveballs so we hope to back you up all along your journey! So we are offering you piece of mind when supporting our brand!  We wanted to set ourselves apart, so we backed our snow goggles with 100% lifetime guarantee. 

 

We inspect each goggle frame, strap, and lenses by hand to make sure you get the best quality gear. 

 

If you are experiencing a defect in craftsmanship, ripped seams, shot lenses, or other manufacturing issues we have you covered!

 

IF your frame breaks, we got you with a replacement.  (even though we have developed our goggles with Top Quality TPU flexible plastic frames made to last a lifetime). Scratches on frames & lenses are not covered by warranty.

 

We are so confident that we offer our Switch Optics lifetime warranty on eyewear to covers our lenses IF they crack or our goggle frame being destroyed beyond use. We have dropped 5lb lead balls onto our lenses to ensure quality and durability. They are made to withstand the heaviest impact, we dare you to try them. The only thing we ask when making a dispute is to provide proof a receipt of sale, a picture of the damage to access and then we’ll give you the thumbs up to send us back the product! (Shipping costs is covered by customer) 

 

What is not covered by Lifetime Warranty? Lifetime warranty does not mean lifetime of a human (wouldn’t that be amazing) but the estimated lifetime of our product (4 seasons)

- Normal Wear and tear

-If you are not the original owner of the product

 

Using any other lenses or straps from other products not provided by Switch Optics, your product will be officially unable to be considered for a replacement/exchange. Products that look purposely broken, misused, abused or neglected, this will void your warranty. If all original parts to the product cannot be provided, this will void your warranty.

HOW LONG DOES THE WARRANTY PROCESS TAKE?

Our claims are estimated processing time is one to two weeks. Any information improperly entered by the customer is not the responsibility of Switch Optics and will delay the process.
